Full Strike Training Videos

Introduction
The Full Strike Intro Session introduces players, parents, and coaches to the Full Strike training system by explaining what it is, how it works, and how to use it effectively throughout the series. As players progress through the sessions, they will build the technical foundations of striking, including footwork, body positioning, approach angles, timing, ball contact, and controlled movement patterns that help develop more confident, consistent, and game-ready technique.

Session 1
Full Strike Training Session 1 builds the foundation for confident, consistent ball striking. Players focus on core technique, movement, and repetition to develop the fundamentals the right way.

Session 2
Full Strike Training Session 2 builds on the foundation with turns, multi-step movement, and more advanced striking patterns. Players focus on connecting footwork and technique to build confidence, coordination, and more game-ready repetition.

Session 3
Full Strike Training Session 3 builds on the basics by adding strike position, strike angles, and approach steps. Players sharpen technique and positioning to develop more confident, consistent, and effective striking.

Session 4
Full Strike Training Session 4 builds on the previous work by adding sliding movements and different lines of approach to the ball. Players develop sharper timing, cleaner technique, and more confident, game-ready striking through dynamic repetition.

Session 5
Full Strike Training Session 5 builds on the previous sessions by introducing rotating angles and movement through cones to create more dynamic striking patterns. Players develop sharper footwork, better body control, and more confident, game-ready technique through purposeful repetition.

Session 6
Full Strike Training Session 6 builds on the previous work by adding jumping, rotation, angled movement through cones, and more advanced striking patterns. Players develop stronger coordination, sharper technique, and more confident, game-ready striking through dynamic repetition.

Session 7
Full Strike Training Session 7 builds on the previous work by introducing slight ball movement in tight spaces, including turning with the ball and striking from motion. Players develop better control, sharper coordination, and more confident, game-ready technique through dynamic repetition.
